Job description:

* MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management:

Direct and perform sales and marketing activities to maintain and expand client network.

Perform customer relationship management

Pursuit sale objectives performance and productivity are at highest levels. 

- Organizing and Planning:

Implement term plans to develop the company business in both existing and potential markets.

Report, work on and feedback company performance, risks and opportunities.

- Marketing:

Promote company business to achieve sales growth and market share.

Promote company image by effective communication with related business organizations, government agencies and trade associations.

Handles internal and external clients' enquiries, requests and complaints

- Market Analysis:      

     Carries out the market/Competitor analysis

     Understand customers' products and processes

 - Market Plan:

Develop a marketing plan with supervision from immediate supervisor

Marketing program development, implementation and execution

Integration of product Plan to key market plans

Create new business opportunities                              

- Product:                     

New product Introduction

Indentifying outsourcing opportunities

- Price:  

Understand Pricing Structure & Accountable for Price Page

- Place: 

Develop Channel strategy for existing channels

- Promotion:                 

    PUSH/PULL programs                               

    Seminars/Workshops/ Road shows/ Exhibitions                                 

    Advertising, direct marketing, PR, Personal selling and sales promotions

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in marketing commercial (familiar with basic Marketing concepts and all phases of the Marketing planning process)

- Process a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related major

- Highly motivated and achievement

- Possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Involved in planning and making sales calls

- Be in the market to develop, maintain and improve clients’ relations

- Assist to providing market information and customer feedback to the management

- Analytical capabilities are an added benefit
