Sales and Marketing Manager
Mô tả công việc:
- Prepare business strategy and business plan
- Control operation expenses within given budget
- Control Sales, Marketing, distribute activities to follow the company’s procedure & policy
- Develop and create the relationship with clients
- Manage and implement marketing and advertising programs for company’s images
- Coordinate with Finance to monitor the Account Receivable
- Coordinate with HR to identify people development plan
- Submit Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports to Management
- Train and give advise for subordinates
