CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
Principle Accountabilities:
- Manage and implement plan PR activities to strengthen brand image and gain market share
Reporting Relationship:
- Reporting to Marketing Manager - Media and Activation
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops PR programs in line with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Manages the implementation of PR programs in good concert with brand activities so that maximum positive buzz is generated for the company and/or the brands.
- Work closely with brand team, PR agency, media and event team to ensure best efficiency of the PR program
- Be the central point for all brand PR activities
- Be responsible for organizing press conferences, media interviews and speeches/articles for the press.
- Liaises closely with journalists proactively seeks media opportunities and reacts to fast breaking stories.
- Other assignment as requested by Marketing Manager.
- Act as an internal auditor.

Bằng cấp tối thiểu:Đại học
- 30 to 35 years old
- University graduated, major in Marketing, Public Relation or relevant field
- 3 years experience in marketing/PR service oriented role in FMCG field.
- At least 1 year in management level
- Working under pressure and team-work
- Able to plan and manage multiple tasks
- English language – written & verbal. Must be able to write reports in English
- Thinks creatively and differently from the rest of the crowd
- High sense of accountability and result focus
- Understand how to be a professional – appearance, mannerism, communication.
- Confident, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic and initiator
- Capacity to quickly learn and grasp business issues and requirements
- Proven track records as a strong people manager, mentoring and performance managing a skilled team.
